We specialize in gifting to Canada. If you are outside Canada, you can still send gifts to loved ones here. Currently, we only deliver within Canada, but we’re exploring international expansion.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on location. We also offer express options. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Absolutely! Every order includes a free, handwritten or printed note. You can write your own message during checkout.
Our couriers will attempt delivery. If no one is available, they will leave a notice or attempt redelivery. You can also specify special instructions at checkout.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, our sourcing process begins. Please contact us as soon as possible.
